This method is used to optimize a webpage, at the

mainly used in digital marketing area where the business can easily get developed by this SEO
technique. SEO checks the keywords and it ranked easily and produces
in the moment recommendation. So that the marketers can understand trends in this area and they
can modify their page using this ranking by the SEO.
WEB CRAWLING
Web crawlers used to
scan its programs like a robot. Google crawl the webpage and scan its data's
and takes a snapshot (cache) then keep this and save it in related
databases (like libraries).
Example: spider, bots, Google
bots, robots etc.
GOOGLE CACHE
Cache is storage like thing in SEO. Simply we can say that Google cache is the snapshot of a webpage after crawling.
INDEXING
Indexing means after crawling and
catching the webpage should be stored in a relevant database according to
their category.
HISTORY OF SEO
In the history of SEO first we
have to understand the history of Google. Google has its origin in “BackRub”, it was begun in 1996 a research project by Larry
Page and Sergey when they were both PhD students at
Stanford University in California, Eventually in 1998 Google was launched.
At that time Google search result is not very fast. When the user
searches anything on the Google it will only receive after 24 hours
through email of the user. Google was not famous or widely used by
the users in early time till the year of 2000. In
11 September 2001 WORLD TRADE CENTRE ATTACK was happen at
that time the Google is widely used by the people went
on searching about this attack but Google can't provide any kind
of relevant results for the users, at that time Google
thinks that why they cannot give the suitable results to the users.
It is because Google bot was unable to crawl or scan and index it.
Due to this problem Google take it as main issue and Google try to
solve this problem by the webmasters. Google by providing SEO
starter guide to the webmasters to understand and making awareness of
optimization. By this SEO become a practice among webmasters.
Thereafter the web pages become crawlable by Google and index that
webpage.
EVOLUTION OF SEO
As we see
before in SEO history when google releases the SEO starter guide
document it become very helpful for the webmasters to achieve their target and
the webmasters started practicing this SEO technique. By this method webmaster
can easily list out the websites in more search results or the website that is
more interacted by the user. By this SEO method more users visit the websites
and they created organic traffic in the website. But some webmasters started
misusing the SEO starter guide provided by Google. These webmasters wants their
website to achieve more organic traffic and test their websites in the search.
But that was not acceptable by Google.
First Google was niche specific or Content Specific.
The specialty of this content specific search engine is that the website will
rank in the search result by the occurrence of more focusing keyword in
that content, and when the usage of maximum number of focusing keywords in
that content the chance getting high ranked increases. This is a Black Hat SEO technique called
Key Word Stuffing. When the webmasters try to use more keywords in their
websites to get ranked by this that page will become quality less and it lacks
about the information of that content in that particular website.
Due to this black hat SEO technique done in the
website by adding more keywords in that to get ranked Google search engine has
changed it algorithm to Link Specific. That if we get an
hyperlink recommendation from another website google take it as a
recommendation. On the basis of the no of links received from another website
the webpage got ranked. By this SEO technique we can maintain the quality of
the webpage. Later on webmasters started misusing this method by they try to
get many links from another website they reduced the quality of the page and
the users didn't get the necessary results for that page only they want links
from another website for the ranking of their webpage. Due to this many
websites started to sell the links for money.
Later on the Google adopt a new method
called Quality Link Specific. Or in other word called Page Rank. This a
ranking method that the websites only get a link from website that has page
rank otherwise it will not get ranked by Google. Later on the websites that has
page ranks started giving links to other websites to stop this Passing The
Juice was introduced. But in this method equity is passing through the link
when website provides this link to another website. So that Google later
on introduce an attribute called no follow attribute. "Rel=no
follow" by this the equity is not passed through the link.
CHANGES OCCUR IN 2009
In this year of 2009 there were many changes
happened in the field of SEO. Google search engine introduced personalize search
result, Google suggest. And became more interactive and more user friendly
for user. Thus Google has become a personal assistant for the user. The
ranking was considered by the interaction of the user with the website. They
started collecting data and established data centers. More number of user
interactions increasing the chance of getting ranked by the Google. Then the
ranking according to the number of people visiting the site, then the number of
comments and subscribers, and how much time the user spends on that particular
website these things can increase the ranking of the webpage.
CHANGES OCCUR IN 2010
The main changes occur in Google
search engine was the introduction of Social Media Signal Update. The main
use of this update is to rank the web page or blog post that we had shared in
this social medias like face book, twitter etc. Because that time
social media was widely used by the people. People spend more time in Social Media
by this the crowd and organic traffic was high in Social Medias. So the website
that shared on Social Medias has more chance to get ranked high. Soon this was
understood by the webmasters and webmasters tries to depend on this Social Medias
as a platform for their websites to get high ranking. Then the social media was
used by every people so that there was variations occur in ranking of websites.
So Google was updated this by, Only the ranking increased when an influential or
authority valued person (person having more like and subscribers in social media)
interacts with that website. So that it will get more interactions (likes, shares
etc.)from the followers of that influential person it will help the website to
rank high.
